The function of Group Operations is to ensure that
the quality of the service delivery to all our customers
adheres to the service of excellence and surpasses
our customers’ expectations, no matter which
Office they conduct business with.
Through standardization and transfer of best practice
I ensure that we achieve a perfect service delivery,
whether it is to a customer with a single port call
or our larger partnership accounts.
Group Operations supports our offices in identifying
bottlenecks and obstacles that restrict our service
delivery. Group Operations is also tasked with managing
our partner accounts through our Service Centers and
hubs strategically located around the world, to ensure
that the quality of our value -added services provided
are consistent worldwide.
Sensitive and valuable goods are often subject to
extreme time pressures and deadlines for everyone
involved. Therefore, our department develops a customized
service plan for each customer, and then implements
our required operational handling procedure to ensure
high quality service.
